I’ve been following Desmond Gardner’s case since it happened, and one thing that strikes me is the power of a united community. It’s so frustrating to see Desmond’s family go through this without any answers, but it’s also inspiring to see how the community is rallying around them. People who didn’t even know Desmond are stepping up to share flyers and spread the word. It’s moments like these that remind me how crucial community involvement is in solving cases like this. I truly hope someone comes forward soon with information that can lead to an arrest. In the meantime, let's keep supporting Desmond’s family in any way we can—they need to know they’re not alone in this fight for justice.
