Just came across the recent developments in the Craig Hunter case, and it's really hitting me how crucial witness testimonies could be in trials like this one. I've seen some discussions online about the challenges the prosecution might face in establishing a solid timeline and credible witness accounts after such a long period. I'm curious about how they handle this, especially with the trial finally moving forward.
For the sake of Craig's family and friends, I hope the evidence presented can clearly establish what happened on that terrible night back in April 2023. It must be so incredibly difficult for them to relive everything in court nearly two years later. Sending strength their way as the trial unfolds.
Does anyone know if there have been any public appeals for new witnesses or details about how they gathered enough evidence to make this arrest? It seems like a difficult task given the time that has passed, and I'd be interested to know if this case might set any precedents for similar cold cases in the future.
