This was a young man with a bright future, about to embark on one of the most important chapters of his life as both a graduate and soon-to-be father.
The thought of him carrying baby shower gifts for his growing family when he was attacked just breaks me. It’s a chilling reminder of how fleeting life is. I hope his family finds some comfort in knowing that the community shares in their sorrow.
