I’ve been following the tragic case of Cederic Allen Warner’s murder, and one aspect that really caught my attention was the neighborhood where the incident happened. I’ve been reading a lot about the Lockwood Drive area in Silver Spring, and it seems residents there have been expressing concerns for quite some time about safety and crime rates. It’s incredibly saddening to think that despite these concerns, a life was still lost in such a violent manner.
