I'm still thinking about Dashaun J Waters and how senseless this whole thing is. It's so difficult to come to terms with the idea that such a young life, full of potential, was cut short. I can't imagine what his friends and family must be going through—losing someone in such a violent and unexpected manner leaves a lasting impact. From what I've gathered, he was well-liked and had a bright future ahead of him. I read that the community held a vigil in his memory, and it seemed like a lot of people turned up to show their support. It's heartening to see folks come together, but it doesn't ease the pain of losing him. The arrests of Harris and Payne might be a step towards justice, but it won't bring Dashaun back. It's infuriating to know that gun violence continues to rob communities of their young people. Hopefully, the investigation will bring more clarity about what happened that day. Sending thoughts to everyone who knew and loved him. ??
