I was truly shocked when I heard about Andrew "SpongeBob" Washington's passing. I met him once at a charity basketball event, and he was so full of life and positivity. It's hard to believe that someone who dedicated so much of their time to helping others, especially young athletes, could be taken away in such a tragic manner. I know a lot of us are grappling with trying to understand the "why" behind what happened. No one can fathom a dispute leading to something so irreversible. My heart goes out to Andrew’s family and all the kids he coached and inspired. It’s undeniable that his absence will create a hole in the community. Hopefully, with ongoing investigations, we get some clarity and justice. Let's keep spreading his mentorship spirit; that's something I think he'd want us to carry forward. ?
