I can't stop thinking about how senseless this all is. I didn’t know Timothy personally, but a friend of mine who lives near North Glover Street mentioned how friendly and warm he always was in the neighborhood. It's so unnerving to think that this could happen in broad daylight in a seemingly peaceful part of town. I can only imagine what his family and friends are going through right now. I do wonder about the effectiveness of the ShotSpotter system in this case. It seems to have alerted the police quickly, but the response time did not prevent this tragedy. Is there technology out there that could do better, or is it just a matter of having more officers in certain areas? It's really frustrating not having answers. If anyone has local connections or has heard something that hasn't been publicly shared yet, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Timothy deserves justice, and his loved ones need closure. Keeping his family in my thoughts.
