Hey everyone, I wanted to discuss a detail from Jorge Santos's tragic case that's really been on my mind. It's the fact that his life was taken right after he turned 23. Birthdays are supposed to be moments of joy and milestones in one’s life, and it’s just devastating to think of how his family and friends must have been in a celebratory mood one moment and then plunged into sorrow the next. I can't even imagine the emotional rollercoaster they've been through. It's unfair that a young man’s potential has been suddenly cut short. This case is a reminder of how quickly life can change and the impact violence has on entire communities. If anyone has suggestions on how to promote safety and prevent similar situations, I'd love to hear them.
