Has anyone else been struck by how bold this attack was? It's chilling to think that these two suspects felt confident enough to carry out a shooting in a residential area, and then just flee, leaving such devastation in their wake. The fact that the suspects left behind no significant evidence apart from the surveillance footage baffles me. How can a four-door black sedan disappear without a trace in such a community? I can’t imagine the anxiety Charles and the kids must still be going through. Does anyone know if there are more surveillance cameras installed in the area that might have caught something? I keep wondering if neighbors might have unknowingly captured something on their home security systems, anything that could lead detectives to these heartless criminals. Hope they get the answers and justice they deserve soon. ?
Such a tragic loss for the Williams family. I can't stop thinking about the impact this has on Carolynn's children. Losing a parent in such a violent way is beyond comprehension. I read that Carolynn was actively involved in helping others, working with dementia patients and supporting the community with a food program. It's heartbreaking to think that someone so compassionate could become a victim of such senseless violence. What makes this even more haunting is how it seems she wasn't even the intended target. It just goes to show how fragile and random life can be.
If you're in Kitsap County or know anyone who might have seen something that night, please consider coming forward. Even the smallest detail might be the key to bringing some peace to Carolynn's family. Keeping the Williams family close in my thoughts.
