I can't stop thinking about the friend who was there with Benjamin and Liliana at the time of the incident. It must be unimaginably difficult to be the sole survivor in such a traumatic situation. Not only did they lose two friends, but they also witnessed such a devastating accident firsthand. I hope they're surrounded by supportive friends and family and that they are receiving the help they need to process all of this. It's easy to overlook the secondary victims in cases like this, but their pain is very real and likely long-lasting. If anyone in the community knows them or can offer support, it might make a world of difference for them right now. My thoughts are with this young person, as well as the families of Benjamin and Liliana.
