Has anyone else been following the case of Francisco David Escatell? What's really unsettling is how the incident happened at an unlicensed club. It's frightening to think places like that are around, operating without any oversight. I can’t stop thinking about how vulnerable people are when they just want to unwind and have a good time. It’s especially concerning considering the frequency of such events lately. And really, my heart goes out to his family, especially his little boy who has to grow up without his father. It must be incredibly tough not to have closure or justice at this point. It also makes me wonder about how these unregulated spots even keep running. Are there others here worried about this trend? I truly hope Seattle takes a serious look at improving nightlife safety so that tragedies like this don't keep repeating.
