I can't stop thinking about Sarah and what an incredible person she was. Her impact on the Fall City community was truly profound. I remember seeing her at various community events, always with a warm smile and genuine interest in supporting others. She was the type of person who made everyone feel seen and valued. It’s absolutely devastating to think about her and her beautiful family being taken away so violently. Reflecting on the tragic events that unfolded just breaks my heart. I keep wondering what could have possibly gone through the mind of their son. It’s a question that I know many of us in the community are struggling with, and my heart goes out to the 11-year-old daughter. I can't imagine the strength it's taking for her to deal with this trauma at such a young age. If anyone has any updates on how the daughter is doing or if there are memorials or ways to support the family, please share. Let’s hold onto the memory of the Humiston family and offer any support we can to the surviving daughter and each other during this difficult time.

I've been following the Humiston case closely, and like everyone here, I'm deeply disturbed by this tragedy. One thing that really stands out to me is the bravery of the 11-year-old daughter. It's unimaginable what she went through that night, witnessing the unthinkable and still managing to run for help. Her courage and quick thinking possibly saved her life. It's important to remember amidst all the chaos and horror that she is a survivor who now faces an incredibly challenging path of healing ahead. I can't help but feel for her and wonder about the kind of support she will need in the coming months and years. As a community, we should keep her in our thoughts, and if there are ways we can contribute to her recovery and well-being, even as distant observers, it might provide some form of positive action in the wake of this nightmare. If anyone hears about any fundraisers or support groups forming in her honor, please share. It’s critical that these young survivors know they aren’t alone, and we’re collectively here to support them.
