I’ve been closely following everything about Lamar Spikes, and it's so upsetting to think about how a young life was cut short. One thing that really struck me was how Lamar wasn't even from the neighborhood where he was shot. It’s unsettling to think that he was just there to visit a friend and ended up in such a tragic situation. It makes you wonder about how seemingly ordinary plans can go so terribly wrong. I can’t imagine the anguish his family is feeling, not having clear answers or justice yet. It’s such a poignant reminder that life can be so unpredictable and we need to support each other in seeking justice. If there’s anyone out there who knows something, anything at all, please come forward. Lamar’s family deserves to know what happened and hopefully find some semblance of peace.
