Hey everyone, I've been reflecting on the role that conflict management—or the lack thereof—played in the tragic death of Ray'Mon Sims. It's devastating to think about how a breakdown in communication or some unresolved dispute might have led to such a senseless loss. The fact that Ray'Mon's family is left grappling with this pain makes it even more crucial for us, as a community, to focus on addressing these issues.
