I've been following the case of Nathan Lee Smyth, and I just can't get over how sudden this tragedy must have been for his family and friends. It’s so hard to imagine losing someone so unexpectedly. I read that the authorities have arrested a suspect, but hasn't it been taking a long time for formal charges to be filed? I hope this means they’re being thorough and that justice will eventually be served. My thoughts go out to Nathan's family; they must be going through so much pain right now. It’s just another tragic reminder of how pervasive gun violence has become. How are communities supposed to heal when these things keep happening? For those living in the area or familiar with the case, has there been any word or updates on how the investigation is progressing?
