Hi everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the community's response to the Doerman case, and something that's stuck with me is the way their neighborhood has come together in the wake of such a horrible event. It's a small silver lining amid so much darkness. I've read about people organizing memorials, creating support groups, and just being there for Laura and the families grieving from this unspeakable tragedy. It’s important that we lift each other up during times like these. Given the nature of the crime, it's crucial we also push for stronger community resources that might help prevent such incidents in the future. I wonder if anyone here knows about any new initiatives or changes that have been made as a result of what happened. Have any support systems or policies been discussed or implemented in Monroe Township since? I'm really curious about what steps are being taken to ensure families in crisis have the help they need. Sending strength and love to all affected. These little boys will be remembered, and I hope their memory drives positive change. Stay safe, everyone.
