It's so unsettling to think about the violence that claimed Lamar Petty's life. A 37-year-old man, who probably had a whole future ahead that we’ll never get to see. I keep wondering about the moments before he was taken from his family and friends. It's difficult to imagine what kind of circumstances led to such a tragedy in what seemed like a normal yard in a neighborhood. I'm a bit surprised that there's still no clear motive revealed yet. It leaves so many questions open about why Anthony Lewis would allegedly do something so devastating. I genuinely hope that justice is served, not just in terms of the legal outcome but also in giving Lamar’s loved ones some sense of peace. It's important for his family to know the reasons behind the unimaginable pain they've been through. Sending thoughts to everyone affected by this.
