I can't stop thinking about Calub's family and friends and the immense loss they must be feeling. What really gets to me is wondering what measures are being taken in our community to prevent something like this from happening again. Youth violence is such a pressing issue, and it’s so disheartening to see young lives cut short like this.
Does anyone know if there have been any community meetings or initiatives started in Toledo since this happened? I feel like dialogue is essential right now to support grieving families and address the root causes of these tragedies. It’s important to honor Calub’s memory by ensuring that real changes are made to keep our kids safe.
