I can't stop thinking about the courage it must have taken for the officers to apprehend Rodeny Curlee. Knowing the intense emotions that can escalate in familial disputes, these officers had to approach the situation with immense caution. It's hard to imagine dealing with the knowledge that this young man allegedly took his brother's life. The police work here is commendable, yet the situation is overwhelmingly tragic for both families involved. I hope that Tymeir's loved ones find support and justice through this process, and that it prompts a deeper community dialogue on preventing such devastating events from repeating.
