I've been following the case of Allen Pierce-May closely, and it's just so devastating for his family and friends. I can't even begin to imagine what they're going through with all the media attention and the upcoming trial. One thing that keeps puzzling me is Freeman's plan to argue self-defense. I mean, there are those text messages about the drug deal, and the fact that he had Allen's address saved...It seems like there's more to the story, but claiming self-defense just doesn't sit right with me, especially given how the events unfolded. It's hard to see a case rooted in such tragedy turn so complex with legal twists like this. My heart goes out to Allen's family as they search for justice. As someone watching from the sidelines, I just hope the trial brings some clarity and peace to everyone involved.
