Does anyone else find it chilling how Cunigan managed to evade capture for over two months after the incident? It’s hard to comprehend how someone can live with themselves after committing such a horrific act and then blending back into society as if nothing happened. My thoughts go out to the friends and families of Deante and Precious. I hope they feel a sense of justice now that the police have apprehended him. It's unsettling to think he was out there for so long, potentially putting others at risk. I'm curious about what ultimately led to his capture in Cleveland—did someone tip off the police, or was it just a matter of time before they caught up with him? If anyone has more info on how they finally tracked him down, please share.
Did anyone else catch that the car Cunigan fled in was found in Trotwood? It's bizarre to me that he made it all the way to Cleveland before being caught. You'd think with the amount of attention this case got, he'd be spotted sooner. I just hope this arrest brings some sense of closure to the families. It’s hard to imagine the pain that Deante’s and Precious’s loved ones are enduring. Keeping them in my thoughts and hoping justice is served. If anyone has updates about the investigation, please share.
