Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Anthony Williams Jr., and something that's been on my mind is the impact on the community around East 71st Street where it happened. It must be incredibly distressing for residents to have witnessed such a tragic event so close to home. This area has seen its share of challenges, and incidents like this clearly exacerbate concerns about safety and well-being. I really hope community resources come together to support those affected and that something positive can emerge from such a senseless moment. Also, does anyone know if there have been any neighborhood meetings or plans for community action since this? More than ever, it seems like there needs to be a united effort to prevent situations like this from happening again. Sending my thoughts to everyone touched by this, especially to Anthony’s friends and family.
