I just can't wrap my head around the idea of dealing with the loss of not just one but multiple family members like the Yazzies have. It's deeply unsettling that Ellery attacked his family so violently. I can only imagine the trauma the surviving family members, especially the sister and mother, must be going through right now. Surviving an attack like that would be unimaginably tough, emotionally and physically. I feel for them and hope they're getting the support and care they need in this difficult time. I've been thinking about Emery and his love for music and collecting jerseys. It's heartbreaking that a person with such passions had his life cut short so tragically. Does anyone know if any of Emery's rap lyrics have been shared publicly? It might be a way for those of us interested to connect with him and see a glimpse of what he valued and experienced. RIP Emery.
