I've been following the case of Hailey Nieto and it just breaks my heart for her family and friends. One thing I can't shake off is the alleged threats Todd Tonnochy made while he was in jail beforehand. If those threats were communicated, it makes me wonder about the systems in place that should've caught those messages. Aren't these systems supposed to monitor and flag any potential danger? It's terrifying to think there could have been an opportunity to prevent this tragedy if those threats were taken more seriously. I really hope this lawsuit leads to some changes that would protect people in the future from such horrors. My thoughts are with Hailey's loved ones as they continue to navigate through this unimaginable situation.
