I've been following the Shawna McCowan case closely, and I can't shake off how senseless this act of violence was. Just found out more about Tyshean Tillman's alleged involvement as the getaway driver. The fact that they were so brazen to record videos before and during the drive-by, and that footage of the shooter hanging out of the car window has surfaced, really adds a chilling layer to an already devastating situation. It terrifies me to think about how quickly a simple outing like dog walking turned into a nightmare for Shawna and her loved ones. My heart goes out to her family who must be going through unimaginable pain. Everyone deserves justice, and I hope that this new evidence helps hold all responsible parties accountable. Shawna deserves that, at the very least. Stay strong to those grieving – lots of people are standing with you.
