I came across a mention about Kat Ramsland's dream of building an indoor garden in West Duluth, and it really struck a chord with me. It's so touching to see how her passion for art extended beyond the classroom and into the community. She envisioned creating a space where people could find solace and joy, even during the harsh Minnesota winters. It's just another way she shared her belief in finding beauty everywhere. I can't help but think how wonderful it would be if her dream could somehow be realized, perhaps as a project in her memory. It could serve as a living tribute to the vibrant spirit she brought to her students and community, offering a place for peace and reflection. Does anyone know if there's been any discussion about continuing her vision? I'm sure many would love to contribute to making this dream a reality, honoring Kat and her incredible impact in the process.
