I’ve been thinking a lot about Sir'Antonio's story and the impact his loss has had on the community. It’s moments like these that remind us just how precious and vulnerable life is, especially for our little ones. I can’t stop picturing the image of a young boy, full of life, doing joyful cartwheels in his classroom. It breaks my heart to think his vibrant energy was taken from this world so suddenly. What’s particularly sticking with me is the resilience of the Kansas City community that has rallied in the wake of this tragedy. The vigil and the balloons in green and white were such a powerful display of love and solidarity for Sir'Antonio and his family. It goes to show how tightly knit and supportive communities can be during times of unimaginable loss. I hope the continued efforts of the police and the information from the community will eventually lead to the answers needed to bring justice for Sir'Antonio and provide some comfort to his grieving family. They deserve closure, and we must demand better to keep our children safe. Let's keep this conversation going and continue to advocate for change so that tragedies like this become a thing of the past.
