Has anyone else been following the case of David Dawkins? One aspect that really piqued my interest is how the investigators are handling potential witnesses in the area. The 800 block of Washington Boulevard is pretty populated, especially at night. You’d think someone might've seen or heard something that could help solve this tragedy.
