Hey everyone, I've been following Nisha Anderson's case, and I just can't stop thinking about her son, Kyren. He was in the vehicle with her when the shooting happened but thankfully survived. I can’t imagine how traumatic that experience must have been for a child so young. It’s truly heartbreaking to think that he’ll grow up without his mother by his side. I hope the community can rally around him and provide the support and love he’ll need as he gets older. There's been a lot of talk about the need to combat the cycle of violence in New Orleans, and it's cases like these that highlight how urgent this problem is. For anyone who's in the area, are there any local organizations doing work to address these issues? Perhaps we can find ways to support them and get involved. Let's keep Nisha's memory alive by trying to make sure something like this doesn't happen to another family. Stay safe, everyone.
