I’ve been following the increasing number of homicides in the Mid-City area, and the recent case of Joseph Pitts, Sr. really hits home. It's so troubling to think that violence can unfold so suddenly and senselessly. I can't stop thinking about how his family must be feeling right now. Losing a loved one is never easy, but to lose someone to such a violent act... I just can’t wrap my head around it. The lack of leads or even a motive in his case must be incredibly frustrating for those who are grieving. I hope that the community can come together to support his family in this dark time and that someone who knows something will come forward. It’s crucial for the sake of Joseph's loved ones that they get answers and some semblance of justice. Sending strength to everyone affected by this tragedy. ❤️
