Has anyone else been following the Ricky Scott case in Baton Rouge? I can’t shake the image of him showing up at the hospital in a personal vehicle, clinging to life. It makes me think about the moments before he got there and the chaos and fear he must have felt. I'm genuinely worried about the people who were with him and got him to the hospital; they must be going through so much right now. I’ve lived in Baton Rouge most of my life, and it’s always difficult when our community faces such violence. It’s not just a statistic; it’s someone’s friend, someone’s family member. I sincerely hope the responders and detectives are getting the leads they need to bring some justice and peace.
