Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Dajuan Wells, and something that's been on my mind is the location where the shooting happened. The corner of Chef Menteur Highway and Louisa Drive seems pretty bustling, especially in the afternoon. This makes me wonder how a shooting like this could happen without anyone stepping forward with more information. I know there are videos, but they've only captured the aftermath, which is just so frustrating. Does anyone familiar with the Gentilly area have insights about usual foot traffic or businesses nearby? Perhaps some surveillance cameras could have additional footage? It's truly devastating that a life was lost in such a public space, and any small detail might help. My heart goes out to Dajuan's family and friends as they wait for justice. Let's hope the area yields some clues soon. Stay safe, everyone.
