Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Melvin D. Thomas’s case, and something really stood out to me that I wanted to share. It's incredibly tough for the community when someone is taken away in such a horrible manner, especially when the person is well-known in their neighborhood. From what I gather, Melvin lived right on NW 21st Avenue, and that makes me wonder if anyone might have seen something unusual or out of place that day back in September 2010.
Neighborhoods tend to have a rhythm, you know? And when something disrupts that, even if it's just for a moment, it can stick out. I’m hopeful that by discussing the normal flow of that area around the time of Melvin’s death, someone might recall something that didn’t seem right. Sometimes, it's the small things that can finally shine a light when there’s been so much darkness.
Sending my support to Melvin's family and friends. I can't even imagine the pain of not having answers about a loved one's death. Let’s keep this conversation going and hope there’s someone out there with the missing piece that will bring justice for Melvin. If you do know anything, remember, you can always reach out anonymously to the Crime Stoppers. Every little bit helps.
