Has anyone been following the case of Hugo Martinez Ramos closely? It's been over a year now since he vanished from Eagle Pass, and I'm curious about the role of the international aspect in this investigation. Since it's right at the border, do you think there's any possibility that crossing into Mexico might have been a factor? I've read before that coordinating between U.S. and Mexican authorities can be a bit complicated.
