Has anyone been following the news out of Louisville about Eric Tuyishime? I came across his story recently and it's just so incredibly saddening. It makes me think about how these tragedies leave so many questions unanswered. Louisville's community has been through a lot, and it feels like another young life has been stolen too soon. It’s especially hard knowing there haven’t been any arrests or even a clear idea of what happened. I noticed his profile on the National Gun Violence Memorial. It's a beautiful but somber reminder of the impact of gun violence. Has anyone else participated in lighting a virtual candle on his page, or has other suggestions on how to support families going through such a difficult time? I think it's crucial to find ways to honor victims like Eric and help advocate for changes that might prevent more lives from being cut short like this.
