Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the case of Ronald Batey’s tragic death, and something that’s been on my mind is the time and location of the shooting. West Broadway at 4 a.m. isn’t just random, in my opinion. That area is known for late-night activity, and I wonder if Ronald was there to meet somebody he knew or if he happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. The fact that no suspects have been identified yet makes me think it might take a lot of community involvement and people coming forward with any small detail that might make a difference.
I can’t imagine what Ronald’s family and friends are going through, having no answers yet. If you knew Ronald or have any information, even if it seems insignificant, please reach out to the LMPD. Sometimes the smallest clue can lead to a breakthrough. Let’s hope for justice for Ronald and some peace for his loved ones soon.

I think understanding why he was there might be crucial in piecing together a motive or potentially identifying who might have been involved. My heart goes out to his family, having to deal with such an unexpected loss, especially when there are still so many questions left unanswered. If anyone in the area saw anything unusual that night, even if it seems minor, please come forward. Every small detail could be significant!
I’ve been following the Ronald Batey case, and I'm really struggling with the fact that no suspect has been identified yet. It’s so painful to see his family and friends going through this loss without any answers. I can’t imagine how it feels to wake up every day knowing that justice still hasn't been served for someone you loved. Does anyone else find it odd that there haven’t been any eyewitnesses or surveillance footage mentioned in the reports? It’s a busy area with several businesses nearby.
