Reflecting on the loss of Angela Roberts, I can’t help but feel deeply for her family and the heartbreaking repeated trauma they've faced. It must be incredibly difficult for Angela’s grandchildren, Ashlynn and Aaron, as they not only mourn the loss of their grandmother but were forced to face a similar nightmare not long ago. Trish’s death last year must still haunt them, and now losing Angela in such close proximity both in time and place seems almost unfathomable.
I keep thinking about the community in Whitesburg, too. This series of tragedies along Dinah Blair Hollow Road has undoubtedly left a shadow. It makes me wonder about the safety concerns the residents must feel. I trust Detective Anthony Trotter and the KSP are doing everything possible to find the culprit and bring some closure to Angela’s family and the rest of the community.
To anyone in Whitesburg reading this, please stay safe and look out for one another. Knowing that Angela’s body was found so close to where her daughter was killed sends chills down my spine. My heart goes out to all of you facing these devastating losses. If anyone has further knowledge about the investigation or the situation in the area, I’d love to hear from you.
I can't stop thinking about the tragic pattern that's emerged on Dinah Blair Hollow Road. Angela Roberts is now the third victim on that road—it feels like there's something more sinister at play. My heart goes out to the Roberts family who have lost not one, but two family members in such a short period. Angela and Trish didn't deserve this. It's chilling to imagine what those who live nearby must be feeling, especially Angela's surviving family members. The world can feel so cruel and unjust sometimes.
I hope Detective Anthony Trotter and the KSP team can put the pieces together soon and bring some peace to the community. Meanwhile, let's remember Angela for the life she lived and support those who are grappling with the aftermath of her loss.
