Has anyone looked into the Russell neighborhood's history of violence around the time of Shantell Potter Sr.'s death? It's devastating to know that yet another life was senselessly taken in such a tight-knit community. I came across a few reports that mention a rise in incidents in that area, but I'm wondering if there's any connection or pattern that might help in solving his case. It’s so crucial for families to find some form of justice or closure, and I feel deeply for Mr. Potter's loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. Maybe the community has more information that might not have been publicized? I hope there are avenues being explored to ensure some light is shed on this tragic incident.
