Has anyone else seen the recent news about Zachery Freeman's case? I was particularly struck by the response from his family and the local community. It's just so tragic to lose someone so bright and full of life. From what I’ve read, he was really involved in the Portland LGBTQ+ scene and stood up for what he believed in. It’s just devastating that his life was cut short in such a violent way. His family deserves answers and peace. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain his family is going through, especially with losing the chance to hear the full story from the suspect. It’s tough to think that they might never truly know why this happened. I hope they find some comfort in their memories of Zachery and the love from his community. It’s a reminder of how precious life really is and the importance of cherishing our loved ones. ?
