Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the tragic case of Moreio Camel-Harris with a heavy heart. While there’s been a lot of talk about the who and the what, I find myself wondering about the aftermath for those left behind. Moreio was only 35, with his whole life ahead of him. What has happened with his loved ones now? I can't even begin to imagine the ripple effect this has had on his family and friends—losing someone so suddenly and violently is unimaginable. It makes me think about how important it is for communities to support each other in times like these.
Even though they’ve arrested a suspect, Damariea R. Harris, on serious charges, it doesn’t bring Moreio back. I truly hope Moreio’s family can find some peace and community support as they navigate this nightmare. Also, isn't it unsettling how incidents like these can happen so close to home in a neighborhood like Hazelwood? It's a grim reminder of the reality of gun violence in our communities. Let's hope justice is served, not just in courts but through healing and support for those impacted.
If anyone on here knows how we can help the family or contribute to something like a memorial fund, please share. I'd really like to do something, no matter how small, to honor Moreio’s memory. Thanks for listening, everyone.
Hey everyone,

I've been following the case of Moreio Camel-Harris, and something has been bothering me. I can't stop thinking about the scene on Southeast Stark Street—such a busy area, even at odd hours. It makes me wonder about potential witnesses. This happened on April 1, a date when many people are usually out and about celebrating April Fools' Day. Surely, someone must have seen or heard something! It's a residential neighborhood but also a hub of activity with shops and traffic.

I know the Portland Police are still asking for information, but I'm curious if any locals here have heard anything through the grapevine or noticed anything unusual in the days following the incident. Every little detail could be crucial in helping Moreio’s friends and family find answers and closure, which they desperately deserve.

Thank you all for creating a space where we can discuss cases like this. Hopefully, with more awareness, justice will be served soon.
