Has anyone else been following the tragic case of Marc-Leon Telean in Portland? I’ve been trying to wrap my head around how something so violent could happen to someone who was just trying to make a new life for himself in a new country. From what I understand, Marc-Leon had just finished a class and was on his way home when his life was abruptly ended. It’s terrifying to think that this was a random act and he had no connection to the person or people responsible. My heart goes out to his family and friends, especially knowing that they are far from his birthplace in Haiti. If anyone here is from the SE Portland area, has there been any updates locally about possible suspects or leads? I can't imagine the frustration his loved ones must feel while waiting for justice. ? Please let’s keep his memory alive and continue to share any information we can.
