Hey everyone, I’ve been following Madelin Suazo-Mejia’s case and have been wondering about the role of the South Texas Human Rights Center. It sounds like they do a lot in terms of assisting with missing persons cases around Falfurrias, especially given the challenges of the terrain and border activity. Does anyone have more insight into how they operate or how effective their search efforts have been in similar cases? I think it’s great that they’re involved, but I haven’t been able to find much detail on how they coordinate with law enforcement or what kind of resources they offer to affected families. Any info would be really appreciated!
