Hi everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the impact that incidents like the Brockton Dollar Tree shooting have on the surrounding communities. It’s so distressing knowing that Dongbin Pyon was just doing his job when this tragedy struck. For those who might not have known him personally, it’s hard to fully grasp the void left behind in the lives of Donna and everyone close to him. The fact that this happened at a place people regularly visit for their everyday needs just adds another layer to the sense of violation and unease. It's also nerve-wracking that Luis Soto is still at large. I can only imagine how unsettling this must feel for both the victims' families and the community at large. I really hope Soto is found soon so that some sense of justice can start to take shape. If anyone has updates on the efforts to locate Soto or more personal stories about Dongbin Pyon and how the community is coping, I’d be interested to hear. Keeping everyone affected in my thoughts. Stay safe out there.
