I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact Danny had on Boston Public Schools and the legacy he left behind. From what I’ve gathered, he seemed like such a dedicated and caring individual, always looking out for students and staff alike. It's just so tragic to think how many lives he positively influenced and how much more he could have achieved. His dedication to working with diverse communities, being fluent in both English and Spanish, must have meant so much to the families he helped. It’s a reminder of how vital bilingual educators are in fostering understanding and inclusivity in our schools. I can't help but feel for the students who knew him; losing someone like Danny is incredibly tough, especially when he seemed to be such a beacon of hope and support. My thoughts go out to everyone affected, and I sincerely hope they catch whoever did this soon. It’s a huge loss for the community.
