I've been following the Oscar Diaz case since it happened, and I still can't get over the fact that there were challenges with the search because the sinking happened outside the local Coast Guard's coverage area. It makes me wonder if they had access to more resources, like additional search teams or advanced technology, would there have been a better chance of finding Oscar and the other crew member? It's frustrating to think that technicalities like coverage zones can impact the effectiveness of search efforts in such critical situations. With the wreckage found, but no signs of them, it's like a chapter that hasn't been closed for their families. Has anyone else been following similar cases where search boundaries were an issue?
