I've been following Joe's case ever since the news broke, and I keep thinking about the surveillance footage that was released. It's chilling to see how the assailant just walked in so calmly, almost as if it was just another day. It makes you question so much—like what was going through their mind and why Joe was targeted specifically. Looking at that video, you can see the restaurant was packed, yet this person seemed to know exactly what they were doing. I can't begin to imagine the fear and confusion in that crowded space, especially for Joe and those around him. My heart truly goes out to his family, especially his young kids who have to grow up without their father. Hopefully, this footage will lead someone to come forward with information to help bring justice for Joe and his loved ones.
