Wow, this is such a tragic case. I can't stop thinking about the surveillance video footage and how it captured those final moments. The fact that you can actually see David hanging onto the truck just gives me chills. It’s horrifying to imagine being a neighbor and witnessing something like that unfold, knowing now how it ends. It's just devastating for Dorothy and the baby to lose their mother like this. I've been thinking about how intense emotions can get in the heat of a moment and how things can spiral out of control so quickly. It seems like there were so many other ways this could have been handled, yet it ended up in such a tragic way. I’m really hoping there can be some important conversations or reforms around handling situations like this in the future, especially considering the involvement of firearms and emotional distress. Losing Dorothy left a huge void; her story and the circumstances leading to her death deserve a lot of attention and reflection. My heart truly goes out to Dorothy's friends, family, and everyone who knew her. She sounded like such a strong individual who positively impacted the people around her.
