Has anyone heard anything new on the case of Jaquamold White and Ja'Markis Hackett? It's been a few months since their tragic deaths on July 30th, but it seems like there's been so little progress. I've been thinking a lot about Jaquamold lately, especially knowing he was just sitting in his car when this senseless violence took his life. I can't even imagine the pain both families are going through, losing someone so young and in such a heartbreaking way. I hope the Lake County Prosecutor's Homicide Task Force is making headway, but it feels like more community support is crucial right now. It’s tough to see tragedies like this happen in Gary again and again. We need to stand together and help bring justice for these young men. If anyone hears anything at all, please please come forward. It could make all the difference.
