It’s really unsettling to read about Natasha Highbaugh’s tragic case. I can’t stop thinking about the role technology played in finding her alleged killer. It’s incredible that surveillance cameras and license plate readers could pinpoint the suspect so quickly, leading to the arrest just days after the incident. While I imagine nothing could truly ease the pain for Natasha’s loved ones, knowing there was such swift action must offer at least some sense of closure or relief. I’ve seen conversations around privacy concerns with all this tech, but in cases like this, where it can potentially save lives and bring justice, it feels like a huge positive. I’m just hoping this tech continues to evolve and helps prevent more tragedies in the future. My thoughts are with Natasha’s family and friends during this unimaginably tough time.
