I'm stunned at how tragic this situation is for Edwin Simon-Osorio's family. ? Just thinking about how Edwin stood up to Alan Peregrino when he was waving those guns around—it's a real testament to his character, trying to de-escalate a dangerous situation at such a young age. It’s so gut-wrenching to imagine the chaos and fear that ensued after Peregrino decided to fire shots into the air. It's a reminder of the ripple effects of gun violence and makes me think about the importance of addressing these issues in our communities. I hope Edwin’s family can find some peace and justice through this ongoing process. Sending thoughts their way.
